Leticia V.

Leticia V. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Leticia started their career as an Assistant to the General Manager/Business Assistant at ITOCHU Chile S.A., where they handled negotiations and translations for different departments. Leticia then worked as a Guest Services Agent at True Key Hotels & Resorts Ltd. before joining Marubeni Chile Ltda. as an Assistant to the President, where they provided translation and interpretation services. Leticia also worked as a Customer Service Agent at Sykes Enterprises Berlin GmbH & Co KG, where they handled customer inquiries and managed compensation plans. Leticia has also gained experience in education, working as a Spanish/English Teacher and Tutor at ULC English Academy/BETTER KIDS English Art School. Leticia has interned at pikkerton GmbH as a Software Development Intern and at The Qt Company as a Software Engineer Intern. Leticia has also worked as a User Experience Designer at TechLabs Berlin. Leticia's most recent role was as an Associate Cloud Systems Developer at Cloudreach, an Atos company.

Leticia V. started their education in 2006 and completed it in 2011 at Universidad de Santiago de Chile, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Linguistics in Translation (Spanish-English-Japanese). In 2020, they enrolled at IBB Institut für Berufliche Bildung AG and will finish their studies in 2022 to become an IT Specialist, majoring in Information and Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Leticia V. has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Leticia earned a certification as a Specialised Computer Scientist, Software Development from IHK Berlin in June 2022. Leticia also holds certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals obtained in March 2021 and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate obtained in February 2023. Moreover, they hold certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS), including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate obtained in December 2022 and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner obtained in October 2022.
