Pedro Atanásio has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.
Pedro started their career in 2010 as an Instructor, teaching C/C++ at the Centro Integrado de Tecnologia da Informação. In 2011, they worked as a User Support Intern at the Tribunal Regional Federal da 5ª Região.
Pedro then transitioned into software engineering, starting as an Embedded Software Engineering Intern at FRT Tecnologia Eletrônica in 2011. During this time, they contributed to projects such as Anjo DaGuarda and LightDot.
Pedro continued their software engineering career at Artics Mobile in 2012, where they worked as a Mobile Application Developer. Pedro played a significant role in the development of educational apps such as OAB de Bolso and the GAC institutional app.
In 2013, they joined GPRT/UFPE as a Developer, participating in the SIRCAM project, which focused on security information architecture for automation and control networks.
From 2013 to 2017, Pedro returned to FRT Tecnologia Eletrônica as a Software Engineer. Pedro was involved in tasks related to modeling, development, documentation, and testing of mobile and web applications. Notably, they developed a fleet management application for the public transportation sector.
Most recently, Pedro has been working at Incognia since 2017. Pedro initially joined as a Senior Software Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Staff Software Engineer in January 2021. Incognia specializes in anti-fraud solutions and offers private location awareness using network signals and on-device sensors.
Throughout their career, Pedro has showcased their technical skills by working with various programming languages, including C/C++, Java, PHP, and Appcelerator Titanium.
Pedro Atanásio completed their high school education at Colégio Militar do Recife from 2000 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, which they completed from 2008 to 2012.
