Joe Carapezza

Joe Carapezza has a long and varied work experience. Joe began their career in 1985 as a Helicopter Weapons Systems Specialist for the US Army. In 2006, they moved to Bose Corporation, where they served as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. In 2008, they were appointed Vice President of Operations at VAIA Technologies LLC. In 2017, they joined Boston TransTec as a Senior Program Manager and Engineering Manager, responsible for product development, verification and improvement. In 2018, they also obtained their PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute. Joe is currently employed by Incom, Inc. as Director of Engineering and Strategic Programs, and as a Strategic Program Manager.

Joe Carapezza obtained a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University between 1989 and 1993. Joe then went on to earn an MBA in Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell between 1996 and 1999. Joe has also taken courses at Purdue University in Lean Principles. In 2018, they obtained their PMP Certification from the PMI MassBay Chapter.
