Paul Berthelson

Paul Berthelson joined InComm Payments in 2018 with over 25 years of operations experience. In his role as SVP of Business Operations, he leads client and product implementations, oversees testing for financial services and healthcare, manages merchant and consumer escalations, retail network and additional business operations. Since joining the company, Mr. Berthelson has led automation efforts, overseen the growth of the healthcare merchant network, and helped establish an organizational structure rich with diverse talent and a collaborative culture.
