Rania Aiman Hafiz

Rania Aiman Hafiz has worked in the software industry since 2009. Rania began their career at Gps Experts as a Systems and Quality Control Engineer, where they managed and monitored the software life cycle of projects, designed software mathematical models and system algorithms, and tested software applications. In 2014, they joined Q-Vision as a Software QA Team Leader and Process Improvement Engineer, and later a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2017, they moved to novomind AG as a Software Quality Assurance Team Lead. In 2019, they joined Consol as a Software Quality Assurance Team Lead. Most recently, they have been working at Incorta since 2020 as a Software Technical Project Manager, Software QA Manager, and Senior Software Quality Control Engineer.

Rania Aiman Hafiz has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Alexandria University, which they obtained between 2003 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained an International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) from Al-wadi international school between 2000 and 2003.
