Francisco Serra

Francisco Serra has extensive experience in the agricultural and technology sectors, currently serving as the General Manager LATAM at Incotec since April 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and sales for the seed business. Previously, Francisco held the position of Jefe de Planta at Tecnoseeds SA from December 2011 to April 2014, managing a seed classification and packaging plant. Prior to this, Francisco worked at Philip Morris International from February 2008 to December 2011 as a Project Engineer, where duties included supervising project scopes and managing equipment specifications. Additional roles included positions at IBM Argentina as an SAP Consultant MM and at Telecom Argentina as SAP Signo 2. Francisco holds an Industrial Engineering degree from UADE and a certification as a SAP Consultant from SAP MM Academy.
