Andrew Griem

Andrew Griem is an experienced marketing and sales professional with a strong track record in driving innovative campaigns and revenue growth. As the owner of IGNITE Creative since March 2017, Andrew has successfully created marketing strategies for over 25 companies, including major hospital groups and local governments, while also developing customized websites and optimizing digital content. Prior to this role, Andrew served as a Digital Account Executive at Nexstar Media Group, Inc., where responsibilities included launching and scaling a digital advertising program in California's fifth largest metro area. Andrew's career began at Fastenal as an Outside Sales Representative, where leadership led to significant sales increases and successful contract negotiations. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from St. Louis Community College.
