Alanna McWade is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in programme and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as Project Lead at InCrowd since January 2021, Alanna oversees key strategic projects, ensuring they align with commercial and reputational goals while providing senior-level support. Prior roles include Head of Production at Bozboz, where Alanna managed the Production team and implemented process efficiencies, and Senior Project Manager, responsible for the successful delivery of web projects.
