Andrzej Wychowaniec

Andrzej Wychowaniec has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrzej started their career at AIG Credit SA in 1997, where they worked as an Area Sales Manager for over a decade. In 2008, they joined Karen Notebook SA as a Sales Development Director. Following this, they became the CEO of bezkartek.pl SA in 2009, leading the company until 2016. In 2017, they took on the role of Sales Director and co-owner at Connectionpoint Sp. z o.o. In 2018, Andrzej Wychowaniec was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Incuvo, where they currently serve in a leadership role.

Andrzej Wychowaniec began their education journey in 1989 at the University of Silesia in Katowice, where they completed their Master of Arts degree in History in 1994. Following this, they pursued postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at Jagiellonian University from 1996 to 1997. In 2017, Andrzej enrolled in Uniwersytet SWPS to further their education in User Experience Design, completing their postgraduate program in 2018. Seeking to enhance their business acumen, they joined Porto Business School in 2019 to pursue The Executive MBA degree.
