Carridine C. Say Eubanks

Carridine Say Eubanks is a Director, Portfolio Officer of Incyte Capital Holdings LLC and has been with Incyte since it was founded in 2000. Responsible for analyzing, executing and monitoring all investments in Incyte’s portfolio for the last 20 years, Carridine has extensive experience in valuation analysis, deal structuring, financial restructuring and recapitalization. Carridine also has significant knowledge in the areas of accounting, tax and operations for LLCs, limited partnerships and portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Incyte, Carridine was a financial analyst in the corporate finance department of Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown in San Francisco, where she focused on financial restructuring and M&A transactions in the consumer, healthcare, media and technology industries. Previously, she was with Alex. Brown and Sons, which she joined in 1997.

Carridine is currently a board member of Madison Telecommunications Holdings Inc. (private), the parent company of Paging Network of Canada Inc. (private), a position she has held for 20 years.

Carridine received her Bachelor of Arts and Science in Biological Sciences and Psychology from Stanford University in 1997.
