Pablo J. Cagnoni

Pablo Cagnoni currently serves as the President and Head of R&D at Incyte since June 2023. Prior to this role, Pablo held the position of Executive Partner at Flagship Pioneering and Chief Executive Officer at Laronde, both from November 2022 to June 2023. From June 2018 to November 2022, Pablo was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Rubius Therapeutics. Earlier, from May 2015 to June 2018, Pablo served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Tizona Therapeutics, Inc., while also holding the title of Managing Director at MPM Capital during the same timeframe. Pablo's experience includes a tenure as President and EVP and Global Head of R&D and Technical Operations at Onyx Pharmaceuticals from March 2013 to April 2015, and as SVP Global Head of Clinical Development at Novartis Pharmaceuticals from October 2009 to March 2013. Pablo is an alumnus of the University of Buenos Aires.
