Xinsheng Xie

Xinsheng Xie is a Principal Scientist at Frontage Laboratories, Inc, with extensive experience in the formulation and development of generic tablets and hard capsules, particularly in controlled release technology. Xie has a history of optimizing and scaling up manufacturing processes and has previously worked as a Scientist at Impax Laboratories, where development of generic solid dosage forms was a key focus, supporting ANDA filings through the manufacture of various clinical and stability batches. Earlier experience includes formulating and optimizing solid oral dosage forms at Pharmaceutics International, Inc, as well as conducting research on powder flow properties during a summer associate position at Pfizer. Xinsheng Xie holds a PhD from Penn State University, an MSc in Engineering from Zhejiang University, and a BSc in Engineering from Northwest Agricultural University.
