Marjana Cvetanoska

Marjana Cvetanoska has a diverse work experience starting from 2006. Marjana worked as a Corporate Legal Counsel at ABN AMRO from September 2006 to March 2007. Marjana then joined BNY Mellon and held various positions including Senior Transaction Manager, Head of Transaction Management Group - Australia, APAC Regional Head of the Transaction Management Group, and Executive Director & Responsible Manager from 2007 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at MSA National. In 2018, they became the Data Protection Officer & Senior Legal Counsel at ING Australia where they advised the business on operational privacy matters. Marjana was also responsible for data protection notifications and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements. In the same year, they founded Corporate Overhaul and worked as the Chief Executive Officer. Marjana joined OurMoneyMarket Pty Ltd in December 2016 as a Responsible Manager under their Australian Credit License. In 2019, they held roles at Columbus Capital as Legal & Compliance, and at Yard Home Loans as a Non-Executive Director & Responsible Manager. Their most recent position is the General Counsel at InDebted, starting from May 2020. Their most notable experiences include overseeing the transactional management group and negotiating transaction documents for APAC regional and global debt capital market transactions at BNY Mellon, as well as enhancing the data protection framework at ING Australia.

Marjana Cvetanoska obtained a Certificate IV in Credit Management from Kaplan Professional in 2016. In the same year, they also completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Laws (2nd Class Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney, between 1996 and 1999. Additionally, they hold the certification of Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, which was obtained in 2000.
