Naghira Delgado Barreda

Naghira Delgado Barreda is a Senior Executive at the National Consumer Protection Authority within Indecopi Oficial since April 2018, responsible for coordinating the National Consumer Protection Council and overseeing the implementation of conflict resolution mechanisms in consumer relations. Naghira has previously held various legal roles at Indecopi, including Legal Specialist in the Supervision and Inspection Office and Legal Consultant in the Antitrust Commission, as well as legal internships at the Consumer Protection Commission and Sunarp. Naghira holds a Master of Science in Regulation from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Católica San Pablo, along with additional specializations in Administrative Law and Corporate Compliance.
