Kate Mitchell has accumulated a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Kate began as an Associate Web Editor for Irish News, Inc., where they were responsible for producing and maintaining web content. Kate also worked as an Editorial Intern, adding new content and maintaining web design and production. Kate then freelanced as a Web and Graphic Designer, working with various clients in fields such as events, real estate, and retail sales.

Following their freelance work, Kate joined the company Daily Eastern News as a News Editor, where they had control over five news departments and edited all stories and photographs. Kate also worked as a Campus Reporter and Editor, acting as the lead reporter for campus news and covering major campus activities.

Additionally, Kate served as the Editor-in-Chief for Pounce Online Feature Literary Magazine, where they solicited and edited poetry, short stories, and opinions for publication. Kate also worked as an Associate Pounce Editor, writing literary and feature stories and teaching staff writers how to deliver podcasts.

In more recent years, Kate worked at iGenMedia as a Junior Project Manager and Designer, managing programming developers and collaborating with the lead designer on website design. Kate then advanced to the role of Senior Content Manager and Business Analyst before serving as a Web Content Manager. Kate continued their web project management career at Andromeda Technology, where they managed an international team, worked closely with clients on website design, and created original content and images.

Most recently, Kate has joined Indegene as a Digital Operations Web Project Manager. In this role, they are responsible for coordinating website projects, maintaining project plans and timelines, and managing the digital delivery between the company, agency partners, third-party providers, and client IT teams.

Kate Mitchell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a focus on Online Journalism from Eastern Illinois University. Kate attended the university from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the same institution, although the specific timeframe of this degree is unknown.
