Magda Yang has a diverse range of work experience. Magda started their career at the U.S. Embassy Lisbon, where they worked as a Press Assistant, executing the government's public affairs strategy and organizing media events. Magda then took on roles as a Press Assistant and Social Media Manager, where they developed a social media strategy and boosted the government's digital presence.

Magda then transitioned to AABB, where they held multiple positions over the years. As a Social Media and Community Specialist, they managed AABB's social media accounts and developed content for posting. Magda later became a Communications Specialist, responsible for executing the organization's social media strategy and increasing engagement. Finally, they served as a Social Media and Public Relations Manager, managing projects from a social media and PR perspective and aligning strategic goals with the organization's social media presence.

Most recently, Magda worked at Indegene as a Social Media Project Manager. In this role, they managed the production of social media assets for a large pharmaceutical company, overseeing project timelines, specifications, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Magda also tracked service delivery KPIs and managed multiple projects simultaneously.

Magda Yang attended the School of Social and Political Sciences at the Technical University of Lisbon from 1998 to 2002. Magda completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Communication with a focus on Journalism.
