Nitin Khurana

Nitin Khurana has extensive work experience in talent acquisition. Nitin worked as the Global Talent Acquisition Head at Indegene from August 2020 onwards. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President - Global Talent Acquisition Leader - CMITS at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets from August 2018 to June 2020. Before their role at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, Nitin was the Vice President Talent Acquisition at Genpact from August 2010 to July 2018.

Nitin Khurana obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the University of Lucknow, where they studied Business/Commerce from 1995 to 1998. Nitin also has several additional certifications, including HR Analytics from Coursera obtained in May 2022, Leadership Development In New Normal from IMA India obtained in October 2021, and Digital Transformation, HR and Digital Transformation, HR as a Business Partner, Human Resources: Leadership and Strategic Impact, Human Resources: Payroll, Setting Team and Employee Goals Using SMART Methodology, Succession Planning, and Talent Management from LinkedIn obtained in June 2020. Furthermore, they have completed the AI Business School certification from Microsoft in May 2019 and the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Genpact in March 2013. Additionally, they became a Trainer for Spoken English for Teach India, certified by the British Council, in August 2015.
