Norma Goodwin has extensive work experience spanning over three decades.

Norma'smost recent position was as the Vice President of Business Development, Emerging BioTech at Indegene, a role they began in January 2023.

Prior to that, they worked as a Strategy Consultant at The Resources Group, Inc. from November 2022 to January 2023.

Norma also had a long and successful tenure at Merck, where they held various leadership positions. Prior to that, they held roles such as Associate Director of US Market Customer Engagement Strategy Execution, US Diabetes Marketing, US Commercial Strategy & Planning Lead, and Field Sales Manager at Merck, where they consistently delivered exceptional results.

Norma began their career at Merck in 1990 and held various positions until November 2007.

Norma Goodwin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Villanova University. Norma also obtained a Masters of Business Administration from the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, Norma is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, which they obtained from the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP Philadelphia Chapter) in June 2019. Additionally, they are a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist, which they obtained from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2019.
