Rita Anthony

Rita Anthony has a diverse background in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Rita is currently working as a Scientific Writing Lead at Indegene since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager Medical Writing at Exicon Group from February 2020 to May 2021. From April 2016 to January 2020, they held the position of Medical writer/Medico-marketing services at Havas Life Sorento. Before that, they served as an Assistant Manager in the Medical Content Team at Medlife.com from July 2015 to March 2016. Rita also gained experience as an Assistant Product Manager at German Remedies (A division of Zydus Cadia) from August 2011 to June 2015. Their earliest role was as a Product Executive at Neon Laboratories from June 2010 to August 2011, where they handled brands related to therapeutic categories and was responsible for sales promotional strategies and training programs.

Rita Anthony completed an Executive Diploma in Medical Writing from the Institute of Good Manufacturing Practices India (IGMPI) in 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing in Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals from IES's Management College and Research Centre (IESMCRC) from 2008 to 2010. Rita obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from Dr.L.H. Hiranandani's College of Pharmacy between 2004 and 2008. Before their formal education, Rita attended Children's Academy for an unspecified period, and they completed their High School education in Science from Thakur College. Additionally, Rita acquired the certification of Certified Client Engagement Professional (CCEP101) from Indegene in November 2021.
