Rohit Surjan (PMP, CASQ, CQA, SAFe Agilist)

Rohit Surjan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Rohit started their career in 2009 as a Project Trainee at Mindtree, where they worked on a data extraction project. From there, they joined GE Healthcare in 2010 as a Design Engineer, where they focused on test case writing and automation using tools such as QTP, SoapUI, and Jmeter. Rohit also gained experience in performance monitoring and metrics tools like Load Runner.

In 2015, Rohit moved to Philips, where they held multiple roles including Specialist II - Ultrasound Quality Engineering and Technical Specialist. In these positions, they gained expertise in quality engineering, regulatory affairs, and software development. Rohit implemented technical knowledge on various products and software development, and lead verification efforts for automation frameworks.

Currently, Rohit is working at Indegene as a Manager - Program Management and Customer Success Manager. Prior to this role, they held the position of Manager - Program Management at the same company. In these roles, they are responsible for managing programs and ensuring customer success.

Throughout their career, Rohit has acquired several certifications including PMP, CASQ, CQA, and SAFe Agilist, showcasing their commitment to professional growth and excellence.

Rohit Surjan obtained their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Christ University, Bangalore, from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Rohit Surjan holds several certifications in various fields. Rohit is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute since May 2022. Furthermore, they have obtained the Certified Associate in Software Quality (CASQ) certification from QAI in May 2014. Rohit Surjan is also a Certified Quality Management System Lead Auditor certified by BSI since July 2018. Additionally, they hold the Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist and Certified SAFe® 4 Advanced Scrum Master certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in July and August 2019, respectively. Rohit has also received certifications in Agile Project Leadership and various project management foundations from LinkedIn in June 2021. Lastly, Rohit Surjan obtained the Certified EUMDR Auditor certification from Philips in June 2019 and the Foundation of Leadership certification from GE Crotonville in May 2014.
