Vijayanandan Unni

Vijayanandan Unni has a diverse work experience primarily in the field of Learning & Development (HR). Vijayanandan started their career at S Consultancy as an Assistant Manager from December 2008 to March 2010.

In 2012, Vijayanandan joined Indegene as a Trainee in Human Resources and progressed through various roles. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an Executive in Human Resources. Vijayanandan then advanced to the position of Senior Executive in Learning & Development from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Vijayanandan served as the Lead for Learning & Development.

Currently, they hold the role of Associate Manager in Learning & Development (HR) at Indegene, starting from July 2020.

From 1993 to 2005, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed their 1st to 12th standard education with a focus on General Science.

In 2005, they enrolled at Mahatma Gandhi University and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

From 2010 to 2012, Vijayanandan Unni studied at Manipal Institute of Management, MAHE, Manipal, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a concentration in HR (Human Resources).

In addition to their formal education, Vijayanandan Unni received a certification in "Become an Instructional Designer" from LinkedIn in June 2022.
