Sophia Tsang

Sophia Tsang is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the M&A HR Integration and Talent Management Leader at Levio since October 2023, Sophia previously held the position of Head of People at Indellient Inc. from July 2022 until its acquisition by Levio. Prior experience includes roles as People and Culture Manager at Limelight Software and HR and Leadership Development Advisor for a Non-Profit Organization, where Sophia implemented strategies for performance management and virtual experiences during COVID-19. With a history of advocating for talent equity at Tjene Corp as Head of People, Sophia has also contributed as Human Resources Business Partner at Compugen Inc. and served in various recruiting roles early in their career. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Waterloo.
