Abraham Rivera

Abraham Rivera has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. At Independence Blue Cross, they started as a Customer Relations Representative, answering calls and handling data entry for individual HMO and PPO coverage applications. Abraham then progressed to become an Associate Underwriter, screening applications and conducting outreach for missing information. Rivera later took on the role of Underwriter, reviewing and analyzing medical history and claim information for plan submissions. Abraham further advanced to become a Senior Policy & Knowledge Analyst and eventually a Lead Policy & Knowledge Analyst, demonstrating their expertise in policy analysis and knowledge management. Prior to their time at Independence Blue Cross, Rivera worked at Tower Records. Abraham served as a Floor Manager/Supervisor before being promoted to Video Sales Manager, where they were responsible for buying, merchandising, and inventory control. Rivera also held the position of Employee Development Manager, overseeing the hiring process and training employees in store policies and customer service. Throughout their career, Rivera has showcased their skills in customer service, training, and policy analysis.

Abraham Rivera attended Chelsea High School from 1992 to 1996, where they completed their high school education. Following that, from 1996 to 1997, they enrolled at Emerson College to pursue studies in Film/Television. No specific degree was mentioned for their time at Emerson College.
