Benjamin Minardi

Benjamin Minardi is a Research Analyst at Independence Blue Cross since October 2022, bringing diverse experience in research and data analysis. Previously, Benjamin served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health from January 2021 to May 2022, and worked at Ursinus College as both a Campus Tour Guide and a Data Analytics Intern, where responsibilities included data integrity management, database consolidation, and development of student retention models. Benjamin also completed a summer program at Boston University School of Public Health, focusing on biostatistics and research methodology. Educationally, Benjamin earned a Master of Science in Biostatistics from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Applied Economics from Ursinus College.
