David Brodsky

David Brodsky has extensive experience in the field of information technology, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Program Technical Manager at Independence Blue Cross since April 1991, David has also held positions as Applications Development Manager and Lead Systems Analyst within the same organization. Prior to this, David worked as an Applications Programmer at Fidelity Bank - Philadelphia and as a Sr. Analyst Programmer at SmithKline Beecham. Earlier in the career, David held the role of Programmer Analyst at Penn Mutual. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Science from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in General Arts and Sciences from Penn State University.
