Lance Anderman

Lance Anderman has extensive experience in data engineering and management, currently serving as the Manager of Data Engineering at Independence Blue Cross since April 2006. In this role, Lance leads teams of Business Systems Analysts, ETL developers, and System Testers, utilizing tools such as Datastage, SSIS, Google Cloud, Big Query, and SQL Server to deliver data extract solutions and consult on platform transformations. Prior to this position, Lance was the Supervisor of Information Delivery in Informatics, overseeing ETL development teams, and worked as a Lead Systems Analyst supporting managed care data mart extracts. Lance's career began at FLX Corporation as a Technical Support Representative. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Information Science from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Penn State University.
