Matt Donovan

Matt Donovan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic roles, currently serving as Strategy Director at Independence Blue Cross since December 2020. Prior to this position, Matt held the title of Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from August 2013 to March 2020, where earlier experience included a Summer Associate role in 2011. Matt's career commenced at the Pentagon as a Navy Action Officer from 2008 to 2010.
