Megan Snyder

Megan Snyder, MBA, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Corporate Development and Strategic Investments at Independence Blue Cross, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Megan held various leadership positions at Continuum Health and its affiliated organization, Consensus Health, from June 2020 to March 2023, including Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Business Development Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Independence Blue Cross, where management of the DreamIt Accelerator program portfolio was a key responsibility. Megan's professional background also encompasses investment banking with Griffin Financial Group and accounting roles at Philadelphia Insurance Companies. Megan holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from La Salle University and a BS in Communications and Insurance from Penn State University.
