Obadiah Sang serves as Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Investments at Independence Blue Cross, overseeing strategic activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and investments across an estimated $600 million portfolio. In this role, Obadiah manages partnerships, joint ventures, and divestitures while also having interim oversight of corporate strategy and transformation. Previously, Obadiah held multiple leadership positions within corporate development and strategic investing, focusing on growth through collaboration and investment in early-stage healthcare services and technologies. In addition to current involvement with several organizations in advisory and investment roles, including board observer positions at Prosperity Behavioral Health, Veda, and Relay Network, Obadiah has made significant contributions to fundraising efforts, such as leading a $68 million Series E round for Quartet Health.
