Stacy Shephard

Stacy Shephard is currently serving as a Behavioral Health Compliance Specialist at Independence Blue Cross since September 2023. Previously, Stacy held multiple roles at Optum from November 2006 to September 2023, including Continuum of Care Consultant/Compliance Consultant, Team Lead, and Care Advocate. Prior experience includes positions such as Assistant Program Manager at Resources for Human Development, Behavioral Specialist Consultant at Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems, Clinical Manager at First Home Care Therapeutic, and Assistant Director/Primary Therapist at Progressions. Stacy earned a Master of Social Service degree from Bryn Mawr College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University.
