Ashley Bright

Ashley Bright has a background in managing various companies in the healthcare and training sectors. Currently working as the Registered Service Manager at Independence Matters, they oversee the delivery of quality care to service users and their families. With previous experience as a Managing Director at Aiker Recruitment, The Aiker Group, and Aiker Training, Ashley brings a wealth of leadership and management skills to their current role. Prior to this, they served as a Group Training Co-Ordinator at Jeesal Group and as a Healthcare Worker 4/MVA Tutor at Partnerships in Care. Ashley is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at The Open University.
