Jen Lizakowski

Jen Lizakowski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational quality management within the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Director of Carrier Operations at Independence American Insurance Company since January 2024, Jen is responsible for establishing strategic plans and monitoring compliance with regulatory commitments. Previously, as Director of Operations Quality Assurance and Director of Quality Management at the same company, Jen focused on optimizing operational quality and risk mitigation.
