Jon Dubauskas

Jon Dubauskas currently serves as Chief Risk and Actuarial Officer at Independence Pet Group and as President of Independence American Insurance Company, roles held since December 2021. Prior to this, Jon held the position of President and Chief Actuary at Independence American Insurance Company from July to December 2021. Jon's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Actuary at IHC-SB and Independence American Insurance Company, Chief Actuary at IHC Carrier Solutions, and Vice President positions at both HealthAmerica and Coventry Health Care. Additional experience includes Vice President and CFO at Actuarial Management Corporation and roles at Health Net of AZ, Deloitte, and Home Life Financial Assurance Corporation. Jon Dubauskas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bucknell University in 1989.
