Lynn Thompson

Lynn Thompson is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Underwriting at Independence American Insurance Company since January 2023. Prior experience includes a nearly two-decade tenure at Crum & Forster Pet Insurance Group, where roles spanned from VP of Product and Underwriting to various leadership positions in product development and operations. Additional experience encompasses managerial and sales roles at Restoration Hardware, Corporate Express, National City Bank, Purina Mills, and PBS Animal Health. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from The Ohio State University, obtained in 1998.
