Morgan McCreary

Morgan McCreary serves as Assistant General Counsel at Independence Pet Group since January 2022. Prior experience includes legal counsel at National General Insurance from April 2019 to January 2022, and Assistant District Attorney at Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office from April 2018 to April 2019. Morgan also worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Jackson County Prosecutor's Office between August 2016 and March 2018, focusing on felony criminal prosecution in Missouri, specifically in white collar fraud and embezzlement cases. Prior to these roles, Morgan was an Associate at Bryan Cave from October 2013 to June 2016, handling various aspects of commercial litigation. Morgan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Kansas School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in History from The University of Kansas, complemented by a study at Aalborg University in 2009.
