Sairia Dass has work experience as a Medical Director of Hospitalist Medicine at IEP: Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine & Urgent Care since August 2018. In March 2021, they became the Chief Quality Officer at Henry Ford Health. Additionally, they are a Clinical Lecturer at Michigan State University starting in October 2022.

Sairia Dass obtained their Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus between 1995 and 2000. Following this, they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cardiovascular Science at the University of Oxford from 2007 to 2012.
