Deem Albassam is a prominent entrepreneur with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Independent Food Company since January 2015, Deem also holds the position of Co-Founder at Salt LLC since April 2014 and Founder of Switch, a design-driven outlet located in The Dubai Mall, since May 2009. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Xpoze Idea Factory from December 2011 to September 2014, where creative approaches were developed for brand recognition, and Co-Founder of Innovation Machine, which facilitated entrepreneur events from February 2012 to January 2013.
