Kristy Carr

Kristy Carr is an experienced human resources professional with over 15 years of industry experience. Currently serving as Manager of Human Resources at Independent Health since October 2009, Kristy has also held roles as HR Generalist and Benefits Administrator within the organization. Prior experience includes working as a Benefits Consultant at Employer Services Corp. from July 2007 to October 2009 and as an Employee Relations Specialist at Account Solutions Group from 2004 to 2007. Kristy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY Brockport and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Genesee Community College.
