Laurie Boreanaz Carra

Laurie Boreanaz Carra is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various areas of law. Laurie is currently serving as Senior Deputy Counsel at Independent Health, focusing on contract, corporate, business, health, and employment law. Prior to that, Laurie held positions such as Confidential Law Clerk at the United States District Court and Special Counsel at Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria LLP. Laurie also has experience in academia, having served as Assistant VP for Student Affairs at Canisius College. As the Managing Partner of Boreanaz, Carra & Boreanaz, Laurie concentrated on criminal defense and civil litigation. Laurie holds a JD from Union University-Albany Law School and has earned degrees from State University of New York at Fredonia and Hilbert College.
