Matthew Bloxham

Matthew Bloxham currently serves as the Head of IT at the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) since February 2018. Prior to this role, Matthew held various leadership positions at AXA, including Head of Workplace Services for the Middle Europe Region, where responsibility encompassed the provision of workplace services for approximately 20,000 users across 25 UK sites. Matthew also successfully managed the UK Workplace Delivery department, leading the Desktop Transformation Programme that achieved significant business benefits and multi-million-pound savings. Additional roles at AXA included Head of Workplace Support and Tools, Service Manager, Team Leader UK User Services, and Senior Analyst UK User Services. Matthew earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Leicester and completed education at Leighton Park School from 1991 to 1997.
