Laura Greenlee-Karp

Laura Greenlee-Karp, M.Ed is an experienced Youth Programs Coordinator at School District 622, where responsibilities include developing and overseeing programs for 21 public and non-public schools with an emphasis on equity, inclusion, and mentorship. With a strong leadership track record, Laura has led a team of 20 staff members in strategic planning and managed a significant budget. Previously, Laura served as Program Coordinator at Voyageur Outward Bound School, fostering partnerships to empower youth and enhance community wellbeing. Additional experience includes a role as Director of Operations at Gradient Financial Group. Laura holds a Master of Education in Leadership in Education and has completed licensure in Community Education from the University of Minnesota, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and Outdoor Recreation from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
