Lynn Scalf

Lynn Scalf has over three decades of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Lynn began their career in 1988 at Independent Bank Group, Inc. as a Senior Vice President overseeing banking services and IT operations until 2017. In 2018, they moved to Independent Financial where they held various senior roles, including Senior Vice President of IT Special Projects and currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Business Process Solutions. Lynn's expertise lies in driving strategic solutions and innovation within financial institutions.

Lynn Scalf received an Associate of Arts degree in Business/Commerce from Collin College. Following this, Lynn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
