Cristie Cole

Cristie Cole has diverse work experience in various roles. Cristie started their career as a Research Assistant at NORC at the University of Chicago, where they worked on a project to standardize complex court records. Cristie then joined the Baltimore City Mayor's Office as a CitiStat Analyst, where they oversaw performance management meetings and built strong relationships with stakeholders. Later, they worked as an Operations Research Analyst at the Office of the State's Attorney for Baltimore City, leading data analysis efforts and streamlining processes. Cristie also founded Firebrand Analytics, an analytics firm that helped public-serving organizations utilize data effectively. Most recently, they worked as a Business Development Analyst at Index Analytics LLC. Throughout their career, Cristie has demonstrated initiative, drive, and the ability to independently learn new skills.

Cristie Cole completed their Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology at Grand View University in 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Applied Sociology, specializing in Applied Research and Evaluation, at the University of Indianapolis from 2009 to 2011.
