Jada Garrett has extensive work experience in various roles related to data analysis, project management, and business analysis. Jada Garrett is currently working as a Senior Data Analyst/Project Manager at Index Analytics LLC since June 2019. In their previous role as a Senior Product Analyst/Subject Matter Expert at Tantus Technologies, Inc., they worked from March 2018 to June 2019. Prior to that, Jada was a Senior Business Analyst at Precise Software Solutions, Inc. from September 2017 to March 2018. Jada Garrett also served as a Principal Business Analyst at Edaptive Systems, LLC (acquired by ManTech) from November 2012 to September 2017 and as a Lead Business Analyst at 2020 Company, an Acentia Company, from March 2011 to November 2012. Before that, Jada worked as a Business Analyst at Bravo Health, a HealthSpring Company, from July 2009 to March 2011. Jada Garrett started their career as a Production Support Analyst at Iowa Foundation for Medical Care (Telligen) from March 2008 to June 2009 and as an Application Analyst at MedQuist (mModal) from May 1997 to December 2007. Jada has a diverse background in several industry sectors and has acquired skills in analytics, project management, and business analysis throughout their career.

Jada Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Additionally, they have an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Computer Programming from Anne Arundel Community College.

Jada has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2016, they became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. The same year, they also obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance. In 2018, they received the SAFe 4 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Most recently, in 2022, Jada obtained the SAFe 5 Scrum Master and SAFe 5 Practitioner Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
