Caroline Ménard

Caroline Mbugua is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a focus on social impact and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at EIDU since December 2022, Caroline is dedicated to improving educational access for children in low- and middle-income countries. Previously, Caroline held roles such as Head of People Engagement & Development and Talent Acquisition Manager at MarketForce, where efforts included leading people engagement initiatives and overseeing recruitment across multiple African markets. Experience also includes serving as Head of Talent at The Afrijob Network, Executive Search Analyst at Career Connections, and Senior Recruitment Consultant at Summit Recruitment & Search. A strong foundation in communication and public relations was established at Daystar University, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
