Hardik Patel

Hardik Patel has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Hardik started their career as a Software Developer at Tata Consultancy Services in 2012, where they worked on a real-time system for Vodafone and gained skills in query optimization and developed a real-time monitoring tool using UNIX, PL/SQL, and Java. From 2015 to 2016, Hardik worked as a Software Developer at Amdocs, where they created jobs to dump legacy formatted data to SQL Server, implemented interfaces in Java to read SQL data and generate reports, and developed multi-sheet Excel Invoice reports using Apache POI. In 2016, they joined Behaviour Interactive as a Backend Programmer, working with Java, Python, AWS, Jenkins, Rabbit MQ, Radis, Dynamo DB, and REST. In this role, they focused on developing in-game multithreaded micro-services, designing and deploying APIs with high availability and scalability on AWS, and creating docker scripts and integrating Swagger documentation. Hardik then worked as a Java Application Developer at Nuance Communications from 2018 to 2019, where they designed core components of a modular system with OSGI in a test-driven Agile environment, designed and implemented the Event Processing Manager, and participated in architecture reviews and sprint planning. Most recently, they joined NetSuite as a Senior Software Developer in 2019, where they worked until 2020 and their contributions are not stated. Currently, they are working as a Staff Software Engineer at Index Exchange from November 2020 onwards.

Hardik Patel pursued their education at Gujarat University from 2008 to 2012, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they attended Concordia University, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science.
