María Juliana Rodriguez Cepeda

Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana has also worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching courses in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
