Aalaap Roy

Aalaap Roy serves as the Chief Operating Officer at India On Track since October 2023. Previously, Aalaap held roles including Director of Brand & D2C Business at Great Manager Institute and Associate Director of Luxury Brand Partnerships at Condé Nast India, where interactions with various brands in the Luxury Alco-Bev and Automotive sectors were pivotal. Aalaap’s entrepreneurial journey began with founding NDRConsult, a boutique consulting firm. Other notable positions include Head of Strategy at Schbang, Project Lead Marketing for Arijit Singh's India Tour at Wizcraft International Entertainment, and Head of Marketing at Hungama. Early career experiences include roles at United Spirits Limited and Unilever. Aalaap holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Marketing from the University of Mumbai.
