Mohit Nagar is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in company secretarial roles and business advisory services. Currently serving as Company Secretary I Legal & Compliance at India1 Payments Limited since August 2021, Mohit previously held the position of Manager Business Advisory Services at ASA from April 2015 to July 2021 and was a Company Secretary at ASC Group from July 2012 to March 2015. Earlier in the career, Mohit worked as Assistant Manager in the Financial Institution Group at S V Creditline Limited. An alumnus of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Mohit possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Babu Shobha Ram College and has further enhanced expertise with certifications in Cyber Law and Arbitration Law from the Indian Law Institute and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, respectively.
