Ravish Bhatia

Ravish Bhatia is currently the Head of Product at indiagold, where Ravish empowers functions to build the right thing and execute efficiently. Ravish is responsible for breaking down the company's north star into smaller OKRs, defining the company structure, ensuring product-led transformation, and fostering a healthy product, design, and marketing organization. In addition, Ravish also works as a Product Manager at On Deck and has previous experience as a Consultant at Omidyar Network, Associate at Swaniti Initiative, and Analyst at ZS Associates. Ravish holds a Masters in Economics and Management from Yenching Academy of Peking University, and a Frédéric Bastiat Fellow in Technology Policy and Industrial Policy from George Mason University.
